Every once in a while I want to “cleanse my palate” so to speak, so I read, usually, a clean romance type story that gets the paranormal/thriller/horror that I normally read, a break. This was a nice clean small town story that just makes you feel good. This author made me feel that the two friends could have been somebody I grew up with and lived in that small town. It was a breath of fresh air, so to speak, and now I will have to go back and read the others in this series the next time I need a break from my normal. ~Goodreads Reader
This story is full of heartwarming moments and true friendships. The characters are realistic, fun and easy to get to know. It’s mostly lighthearted with small town charm and a sweet romance. A great read, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to reading more about Nicolet. ~Amazon Reader
